The dismissal of Heiko Gabbert from the Executive Board was reported in the half-year financial statements as of June 30, 2023, under the heading "Significant events after the reporting period". The financial effects in the amount of EUR 512,618 were not disclosed; this contradicts IAS 10.21(b).
