Energy generation accounts for a significant proportion of global greenhouse gas emissions and is therefore an important factor in the fight against climate change. The promotion and expansion of renewable energy sources is an indispensable contribution to active climate protection. We actively conserve resources and contribute to climate protection by increasing renewable energy from our own production and by continuously switching our external sources to renewable energy sources.

Our goal is to achieve a 90% share of CO₂-neutral energy sources in our electricity mix by 2030 and to expand our own photovoltaic systems at various locations. Through these measures, we aim to continuously reduce our environmental emissions and to promote environmental sustainability at every POLYTEC site.
