POLYTEC promotes the leaders of the future!

P3 creates perspectives for employees, who wish to accept challenges and managerial responsibility, and on a personal level achieve targeted progress. A multi-stage selection process for the next round of the P3 has already been completed. 10 dedicated talents will start the 13-month training programme in January 2022. The total of 10 different modules are offered under the auspices of first class experts from the worlds of science and business and supplemented by accompanying elements such as board mentoring, fireside chats or reflection days. In company projects, the participants of the programme can apply the teaching contents of the P3 on the basis of concrete questions. The aim is to provide attendees with a multifaceted business training, which in the long-term will allow them to assume top managerial positions within POLYTEC.
