POLYTEC at the Battery Show 2024

At our booth, we will be presenting our holistic and at the same time customised solution for the challenges of modern battery technologies. Our latest demonstrator for modular battery solutions impressively shows the diverse design possibilities of the modular POLYTEC system for holding, sealing, cooling and protecting high-voltage batteries.

A particular highlight is the ability to repeatedly open and close the battery housing for maintenance purposes. Thanks to the modular design, we are able to flexibly cater for different cell geometries, housing sizes and other requirements.

With EMC-safe components, we guarantee reliable battery performance in different environments. Intelligent thermal management ensures optimum operating temperatures and extends the service life of the battery. Our demonstrator also presents advanced fire protection technologies that increase the safety and reliability of battery systems. Last but not least, the innovative venting technology enables efficient venting and minimises the risk of overpressure in the battery.
